Role Mission: Lead the Sales Organization Team (SOT) to meet quarterly goals set by management and HS&S. Drive new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
- 6+ years of experience in marketing/advertising roles
- Strong commercial and leadership mindset, strategic and data-driven thinking, excellent communication, agility, and organizational skills
- Conversational English
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SOT team to meet sales targets
- Acquire new clients and business opportunities
- Strengthen current client relationships and grow their investment
- Develop and lead profitable campaign proposals
- Act as the main point of contact for clients

Account Manager

Project Assistant
Role Mission: Support the team in executing projects and campaigns, fostering strong relationships with clients and influencers to ensure flawless delivery and impactful results.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in advertising or marketing roles
- Commercial and proactive mindset, leadership potential, data-driven and strategic thinking, assertive communication, agility, and organization
- Knowledge of digital marketing, Excel, and data analysis
- Basic English proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Support assigned projects and campaigns across all stages
- Identify and negotiate influencer partnerships aligned with campaign goals
- Prepare influencer presentations and contribute to creative proposal development
- Coordinate and monitor influencer participation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Manage campaign tracking tools and ensure proper data collection and measurement
- Deliver quantitative and qualitative campaign performance reports
- Accompany influencers to events, recordings, and other production activities
- Lead and measure Goldfish’s social media and digital content efforts, including Facebook group management (Influencers Colombia)
- Perform other tasks assigned by the team, ensuring effective contribution to campaign and project success
