1. Executive Summary
Boltek Media designed and implemented an end-to-end digital acquisition and sales system for Rotoplas Peru, focused primarily on increasing demand and sales for its biodigester business unit.
The project extended beyond traditional advertising management. We connected Google Ads and Meta Ads with a conversion-focused landing page, automated lead qualification, personalized quotations, e-commerce integration and a dedicated sales team responsible for guiding prospects through the commercial pipeline and closing sales on behalf of Rotoplas.
By integrating marketing, technology and sales execution into a single operation, we helped Rotoplas generate more than US$20,000 in additional revenue during the first months of implementation, while also building a scalable system for attracting, filtering and converting new customers.
2. About the Client
Rotoplas is America’s leading water management solutions company, with more than 45 years of experience, operations across 14 countries, 18 production plants and a portfolio of 27 product lines. Its solutions cover water storage, piping, purification, treatment and recycling, supported by a growing services platform and e-commerce operation.
In Peru, the company offers a broad portfolio that includes biodigesters, water tanks, cisterns, pumps, filters, purifiers and complementary water management products.
Key client Attributes:
-
Regional Leadership: More than four decades developing comprehensive water management solutions throughout the Americas.
-
Extensive Product Portfolio: Solutions for water storage, sanitation, purification, piping, treatment and recycling.
-
Strong E-Commerce Infrastructure: An established online sales platform supporting nationwide product purchases and personalized customer requirements in Peru.
3. The Challenge
Rotoplas had a strong brand, an established product portfolio and significant market recognition. However, its biodigester business unit required a more specialized digital acquisition system capable of educating potential customers, identifying their technical needs and transforming advertising traffic into qualified sales opportunities.
Unlike simpler consumer products, biodigesters require customers to understand capacity, installation conditions, number of users, location and complementary components before making a purchase. The Rotoplas self-cleaning biodigester is designed for the primary treatment of domestic wastewater through anaerobic degradation, making technical qualification an essential part of the sales process.
Key Obstacles:
-
Complex Customer Requirements: Each prospect required personalized guidance based on property type, location, number of users and installation conditions.
-
Unqualified Advertising Inquiries: Traditional lead generation campaigns could produce high inquiry volumes without enough information to determine genuine purchase intent.
-
Disconnected Marketing and Sales Processes: Advertising, lead qualification, quotations, e-commerce information and sales follow-up needed to operate as a connected commercial ecosystem.
The challenge was therefore not only to generate more leads, but to build an efficient journey from the first advertisement impression to a completed Rotoplas sale.
Deficient Metrics Before Implementation:
Lead Qualification Efficiency
Conversion Path Effectiveness
Sales Follow-Up Consistency
Marketing and Sales Integration
4. Strategy and Solution Implemented
We created a performance-driven customer acquisition system that connected paid advertising, conversion design, artificial intelligence, human sales support and Rotoplas’ existing e-commerce infrastructure.
The strategy focused primarily on biodigesters while also creating opportunities to sell complementary products and related solutions, including accessories, water tanks and other products within the Rotoplas portfolio.
Every stage of the system was designed to collect better customer information, reduce low-quality inquiries and help the sales team focus on prospects with stronger purchasing potential.
Key Strategic Steps:
1
Multichannel Performance Advertising
2
Creative Testing and Brand Implementation
3
Conversion-Focused Landing Page
4
AI Qualification and Sales Integration
5. Results and Metrics
The implementation transformed paid advertising into a structured revenue-generation system.
Rather than measuring success exclusively through clicks or inquiries, the operation connected campaign performance with qualification, quotation development, sales follow-up and final revenue. This allowed Boltek Media to manage the entire customer journey while maintaining Rotoplas’ brand standards and commercial processes.
The system generated measurable revenue during its first months, improved the quality of information collected from prospects and created a repeatable process for selling technically complex water and sanitation solutions.
